Young Professional (YP) Poster Session – Call for Participation

Overview
To support, engage, and recognize emerging talents in the field of Industry and Transportation Integrated Smart Energy System, IEEE I&CPS Asia 2026 will host a dedicated Young Professional (YP) Poster Session on the evening of the conference opening day. This session is designed as an informal and interactive platform that fosters scientific exchange, networking, and visibility for early-career researchers. A relaxed atmosphere with refreshments, including snacks and beverages, will be provided to encourage open discussion and collaboration.
Target Participants
The YP Poster Session is open to early-career researchers, including:
- Master's students
- PhD candidates
- Postdoctoral researchers
- Assistant Professors (or equivalent early-stage faculty)
All registered conference participants are warmly invited to attend and engage in the session.
Participation Guidelines
- Eligible participants who wish to present their work are invited to prepare a poster presentation in accordance with the specifications below.
- Authors with accepted poster presentations may present the same poster during the YP session.
- Authors with accepted oral(lecture) presentations are also encouraged to participate by preparing an additional poster summarizing their work.
- This dual-format participation is intended to enhance visibility and promote deeper discussion of presented research.
Awards and Recognition
To acknowledge outstanding contributions, Best Poster Award (YP Session) will be selected by the evaluation committee. Awardees will receive an official certificate and a prize, which will be announced during the banquet session.

Poster Printing Service (Optional)
The conference provides an optional poster printing service for participants' convenience.
