📋 Important Notes:

• 1. Each accepted paper will need at least one author to be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper. Papers which are not presented at the conference will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
• 2. Each paper must have a valid full registration. For authors with more than one accepted paper, all papers after the first can be registered as "Additional Papers".
• 3. Extra banquet tickets are available for purchase.
• 4. Full-time students must present valid student identification when picking up registration materials. Post-docs are not eligible for student rates.
• 5.Full registrations include all access to conference events and lunches, coffee breaks, banquet.

✉️ Invitation Letters

The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf; therefore, please begin your visa application process as soon as you decide to attend I&CPS Asia 2026.

If you require an invitation letter, please complete the required information in the conference registration system. An official conference invitation letter will be issued after your registration is completed.

Please provide complete and accurate information to avoid delays in the issuance of your invitation letter.

Please note: registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable once an invitation letter has been issued.

📝 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to icpsasia@youngac.cn .
• For cancellations received by 15 June, 2026, the paid amount will be fully refunded.
• For cancellations received from 15 June, 2026 to 30 June, 2026, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50% that will be invoiced as penalty.
• No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 30 June, 2026.

*All refunds are subject to a $30 processing fee.
