Call for Panels
We solicit proposals for Panel Sessions that will be held together with the 2026 IEEE IAS Industrial and Commercial Power System Asia (IEEE I&CPS Asia 2026) during July 11-14, 2026 in Kunming, China
We welcome proposals on emerging topics that are anticipated not to be fully explored in the main conference. The purpose of panel sessions is to provide a comprehensive forum and encourage in-depth discussion of various technical and application issues in our research field. Panel Sessions registration, venue, as well as proceedings will be handled as part of the main conference by the IEEE I&CPS Asia organizers.
The Chairs will evaluate the submissions on the basis of several criteria, among which are the topic coverage and relevance, the proposers' credentials, the diversity in the organizing team and speakers, as well as the interested audience.
Submission Guidelines

The following information should be included in the proposal:
- Panel session title.
- Proposers' names, titles, affiliations, and primary contact email.
- Relevant keywords summarizing panel session topic.
- Topics that will be covered and relevance to the Industry and Transportation Integrated Smart Energy System community.
- Experience that makes the proposers well suited for organizing the panel session.
- Rough program outline.
- Names and bios(Not necessarily) of any tentative/confirmed invited speakers.
- Anticipated target audience as well as expected number of attendees.
- Any special space or equipment requests.
