Presentation Guideline
For Oral Presentation
- The authors of papers accepted for oral presentation shall prepare a presentation file according to the Oral Template. Each oral presentation is scheduled to 15 minutes, including Q&A.
- Oral presenters are required to be in the session room 15 minutes before the start of their sessions to report to the session chair, and to make sure their presentation files in the conference computers.
For Poster Presentation
- The authors of papers accepted for poster presentation are asked to prepare a poster file according to the Poster Template.
- Poster presenters are required to stand in front of their posters and answer questions from other attendees.
