Important News: In review of the uncertainties and travel restrictions caused by COVID-19 pandemic, IEEE I&CPS Asia 2022 conference organizing committee has made the very difficult decision to change the conference from on-site to VIRTUAL from July 8 to July 11. IEEE I&CPS Asia 2022 will focus on ‘Towards Low-carbon Power System‘, and aim to provide a high quality platform for researchers, practitioners, professionals, and students from all over the world to present their latest research findings, ideas, and applications in the related fields of Power Systems. Featured with keynote session, technical session, tutorial session and special session, IEEE I&CPS Asia 2022 will provide the delegates an unparalleled opportunity to exchange with qualified professionals and build future partnership.

The IEEE-IAS I&CPS Department invites you to submit papers for the 3rd IEEE I&CPS Asia Conference.

Call For Papers

The general scope of the conference is to provide practical information about the planning, construction, operation and analysis of industrial and commercial power systems.

Topic scope includes but not limited:

Power System Engineering
Energy Systems
Smart Grid
Renewable Energy Integration
Energy Storage Technologies

Call For Special Session

The Organizing Committee invites proposals for Special Sessions to be held during the 2022 IEEE IAS Industrial and Commercial Power System Asia (IEEE I&CPS Asia 2022) in Shanghai, China from 8th July to 11th July 2022. Special sessions complement the regular technical program by highlighting new and emerging research topics or innovative applications of established approaches.

Proposal Instruction

Special Sessions Proposals should be submitted in PDF format and include the following information:
Title and abstract: Propose a title and a brief abstract of no more than approximately 100 words that will allow conference attendees to understand the topic and the focus of the special session.
Rationale: Please explain why the topic of the special session is novel and timely, why it is relevant to the conference community and how it possibly fits within the innovation themes listed above.
Proposed speakers: Provide a list of all talks, speakers, and co-authors (in each associated paper). Technical sessions are normally expected to have 5 papers.
Biographies: Provide a short bio-sketch of the session proposers.

The selection committee will choose the special session proposals based on the topic, quality of the overview paper, and the contributors'qualification.

Best Paper Awards

Best Paper Award

A selection committee will be appointed by the IEEE I&CPS Asia 2022 Technical Program Committee. Papers are judged based on the review score of the written paper, and quality of the conference presentation.

Best Student Paper Award

The first author shall be student.

Best Industrial Paper Award

The first author shall come from the industry.

Conference Proceedings

Submissions to IEEE I&CPS 2022 will be peer reviewed on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics, originality, significance, clarity, etc. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
